This new residential barn conversion transformed a redundant milking parlour into a modern family space.

Works included the upgrade of the fabric of the barn to increase thermal efficiency, mechanical heat recovery and ventilation, energy efficient underfloor heating, renewing of structural oak trusses and large glazed sliding doors to allow solar gain and to harness the rural views.
