Renewable Energy in Building - Go Green

Our responsibility as a reputable building contactor extends to advising on green issues and economical building methods.  We try to ensure the greatest advantage is taken to reduce heat loss through the best choice of materials, correct design and good workmanship.

We are keen to promote the use of renewable energy such as wind, solar, geothermal (ground source heat pumps), air source heat pumps, hydroelectric and biomass boilers.  We aim to deliver a package depending on your requirements/budget and depending on site constraints.

Grey water recycling and rainwater harvesting can also be employed reducing water usage.

We have a responsibility to reduce waste by better handling, storage and use of materials thus reducing waste in landfill sites. The construction industry is responsible for approximately 18% of waste in the UK equivalent to 1.45 tonnes of waste for every person in the UK.  It is our aim at A J Field to reduce our impact on landfill.
